SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We appreciate your business with us.  Within the contiguous United States we offer free Ground service shipping on orders over $100. Your discount will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Any damages or losses should be reported to us and the carrier within 5 days of receipt. Keep all original shipping packages until all claims are settled. We will replace any damaged items at our own expense if they were received by you in this condition. If an item is discontinued before we can replace it, we will refund the cost to you to the credit card used for the original payment only. No cash refunds will be issued.
Shipments refused without a cancel date indicated on the order or without a cancellation authorization number prior to shipping will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be in 100% sellable condition.
We make every effort to ship orders complete. Occasionally, there will be backorders which will be shipped automatically as soon as they arrive unless your order specifies to cancel any backorders.
