I just placed an order. Can I check the status of it online? For your convenience, shoplucys.com offers an Order Inquiry feature. Once you have logged in under “My Account”, select the Order Inquiry link from the menu and you will be able to review and track delivery on orders made online and by phone.
What if an item is unavailable or backordered? While we make every effort to fulfill your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable. We will notify you via your email confirmation if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered. Any changes will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice. Items that are backordered will be indicated in your confirmation.
I received my order, but one item was missing. What should I do? If you received your order and an item is missing (that is not on backorder) please call Customer Service at 1-888-Lucys88 (582-9788) for further assistance.
Can I place a wholesale order? We do not offer wholesale pricing on any of our merchandise.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order? After you have placed your order on-line, you may make changes to your order. You can cancel or modify your order at any time as long as it has not been packaged for shipment at our Distribution Center. To cancel or modify an order, call Customer Service at 1-888-Lucys88 (582-9788). If all items are in stock, the order will be processed right away, so be sure to contact us as soon as possible. We're sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations or changes on personalized items or fine jewelry once you have placed your order.
When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order. If you ordered a personalized item or any item valued over $250.00 your credit card will be pre-charged. We will send you an email confirmation of your order once you have completed the order.
My credit card was declined, but the charge is showing on my credit card account. What happened? The “charges” that are appearing on your card account are pre-authorization holds. They are not charges; however, your card company may be temporarily holding those funds. Your card may have declined for one of the following reasons: 1. Your BILLING address entered does not exactly match the BILLING address that your card company has on file. 2. Your card company is declining your transaction because of insufficient funds or another reason from your card company.
Please contact your card company to release any pending holds from Shoplucys.com if you received an ERROR response that matches any of the reasons above. Shoplucys.com has no control of the grace period for releasing authorized funds, particularly debit card funds.

Is it possible to save items in my bag? You are able to save items in your shopping bag once you have logged on to the site. However, we do not recommend holding items in your bag for over a week. We are a specialty company and once an item sells out, the item will automatically be removed from your bag.
Do you offer gift packaging? Yes, we do offer gift packaging. You may select this option during Step 2 of the Checkout process.
How do I redeem my Gift Card? Gift Cards may be redeemed by entering your gift card identification number in the special box during the checkout process. Don’t worry about going over your gift card amount because we can place the rest of you total on a credit card of your choice.
Do the PROMO CODES apply to all merchandise on the website? Promo (promotion) Codes apply to all merchandise except for SALE items, fine-jewelry with a value of $200.00 or more, and all BlahBlah merchandise. Additional special items may be excluded from time to time. In this case, we will note the exclusion in the original Promo Code advertisement or on the particular item's page on the website.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER When will my order be processed? If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm EST ship out the same business day, pending any unexpected delays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. If an item is on backorder, the item will ship out once it passes our quality control process.
When will my order arrive? Packages should arrive within 3 to 7 business days if shipped via Ground Service. Shipments sent via Overnight service should arrive by 3 pm the business day following when the order was shipped. 2-Day and 3-Day Express services are also available to certain locations. Transit times may increase if your order in being shipped to a rural address; an address in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico; and during holiday seasons.
What if an item I order is back-ordered or unavailable? SHOPLUCYS.COM can't always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you of the situation via email. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.
Does SHOPLUCYS.COM ship to my location? SHOPLUCYS.COM ships to all 50 US States, as well as Guam and Puerto Rico, via Federal Express. We also ship to Canada via UPS International Service. For shipping to all other countries around the world, please contact our recommended International shipping service, US GLOBAL MAIL. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
How much will it cost to ship my order? SHOPLUCYS.COM is pleased to offer a variety of shipping service options to addresses within the US and its Territories via Federal Express. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the product weight. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00

Will my order come all at once or in multiple shipments? Based on product availability, we may split your order into multiple shipments to make sure you get the latest Must-Haves at your door as quickly as possible. You are not charged any additional shipping fees if your order is sent to you in multiple shipments. If items are sent separately, the shipping cost for your entire order will be allocated over all shipments but not necessarily evenly. This only applies to items ordered together that are assigned the same order number. If you have more than one order open with us, each order is subject to its own shipping costs as quoted on the order confirmation that is emailed to you.
